Hi Linda, I though we went all thought this before. I thought I remembered = seeing several posts on this same subject. Something seems to be overriding the setting in the address book. I have = this list SET to "plain text", but when I compose a new message, it = always reverts to HTML. Now,,, when I REPLY to a post on this list, I always GET the plain text = format, and of course, I DON'T get the =3D and the =3D20. What should I do now? Peter C. Stuart, Florida ? (unless you are using OE, of course, then I don't know how to fix it)....I also noticed that this checkbox has been removed from the address book in Outlook 2002...does anyone using Outlook 2002 know where you can configure your contacts individually to be sent mail in plain text only? Or has Microsoft removed this feature altogether....and if so, I wonder why? I see the options for saving or not = =3D saving sent mail and where to save them, but not one to be asked with each individual email as I can do in Lotus Notes. Thanks for any help.
