Diane,

My instructions are for Outlook 2002/XP, I have no idea if they work
under Outlook 2000.

OK, guess I'm a bit mixed up. That was already checked. When I click
on the Address Book icon on the toolbar, my list of contacts DOES
display and it says "Contacts" in the "Show Names From" field. I must
be confusing my contact list being displayed in the address book with
the option of selecting Outlook Address Book in the "Show Names From"
field...when I select Outlook Address Book I get "No entries in this
Address Book".

Based on Hal's posting I did find the checkbox at the bottom on the
email properties dialog box that says "Always send this to the recipient
in Microsoft Outlook rich text format". But if I check that nothing
changes when I try to send an email again...it still goes through in
HTML format. Is rich text format the same as plain text or different?
And if they ARE the same, why didn't my email format change after I
checked that box?

Diane
