This will seem OT but I'm offering it as an example of why we should all,
perhaps, feel a little more grateful for plain english programming
languages like VBA. Take a look one of the Notices to Airmen that every
pilot flying in the US today gets to translate and understand before
taking off:

Folks, that's precisely how they look when we get 'em. And,not to show
off, here's all that it boils down to: The president was to be in the
vicinity of Drexel Hill, Pa. today. Within 10 miles of a point on the map,
no aircraft may fly below 18,000 feet without being operated by civil
authorities or without a specific, controller issued transponder code. All
flights must be on a flight plan and in constant communication with
controllers. No loitering, no training, no practicing. And it WIE UFN
(Will be In Effect Until Further Notice).
