[mso] Excel and math errors

Heh, my memory ain't completely trash but it's only spouting half truths.
The places where Excel posts errors are with floating point math ops.
That's not unusual at all AND, to standardize expected results across
spreadsheet systems, the IEEE published spec 754 to describe how and in
which direction to err. Check out:

Excel is not fully compliant with IEEE754 and the above document describes
those instances where Excel is not in compliance.
