You can use the ROUNDDOWN function. In the example you gave, the formula
would be
=ROUNDDOWN(+A1/A2,0). In English it says to round A1/A2 down to the nearest
integer.

Does Excel support integer division?
Where regular division returns
11/4 = 2.75
Integer division returns
11\4 = 2
If I try =A1\A2 in Excel I get #NAME?
Is there something else I can use?
