I have been compiling a dictionary of country and city locations in order to facilitate a lookup function. I have been left with 7000+ rows of data, a lot of it has been duplicated. An example of this is : Customer Location Name My Location name AFGHANISTAN Afghanistan Afghanistan Afghanistan Afghanistan Afghanistan AFGHANISTAN Afghanistan Afghanistan Proper Afghanistan This is based on different companies calling their countries by different varieties. I need a macro which will remove record 2 and 4 as they are duplicates. I can import this into Access and do it there if someone can tell me how.
