Thanks for that, Scot....I know for a fact that some of my students are in this group and I only hope some day they will stop lurking and begin blabbing in here (and they are probably reading this now and laughing and will tell me they read it when I next see them in class) This is not to say that lurking and learning is not an acceptable way to be part of this group...as long as it helps people, that's the most important thing. I lived in the Tundra known as Vermont for 18 years....and I miss New England VERY much!! And when you start teaching those classes and one of your students stumps you with a good question (which they WILL do), you just come here and let us help any way we can :-) Linda F. I'm not quite a newbie (or is it newby?) . . . and I have learned a ton from hanging out on this list. It is my hope that at some point I will be able to add more answers than questions, though I suspect this will not be so! At the least I am inspired at the number of "self learners" on this list who have gained information by relentlessly reading what is out there for resources. ANYHOW, what I was jumping on here to say is that I am in the process of teaching some local classes on Office, and the #1 piece of advice I plan to give people learning office is to JOIN THIS AWESOME GROUP . . . and stay connected. Thank you to so many of you for volunteering your time and expertise . . . >From the Tundra also known as Maine, Scot Jones ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
