Don't know how much this will help, but you can link to your email and
contacts folders in Outlook2000 from Access 2000. Once you have the link
set up, it would merely be a matter of running an append query (using
unmatched only) to add new items to the Outlook list and an Update query to
make your changes go.

Hi Jason,

I have a similar situation, and I'm waiting to see
what the [mso] wizards have to say about this.

I can do it ok, but only after some fancy importing
and exporting and mapping of fields. It's like a big
rig-a-marole, and I even forgot HOW I did it.
And it's like you say.. there is no absolute "link"
in order to keep Outlook updated. I have to
re-export and then re-map,,, then re-import each
time and it's a pain in the arse.

Waiting with bated breath.

Subject: [mso] Access to Outlook

I have Outlook 2000 and Access 2000. I have a contact database in Access
that I would like to have in Outlook in order to have my palm sync the
information. However, I don't want to have to worry about updating all 3
locations with Client information. I would like to keep one of them =
current.
And then with the pressing of a few buttons, have the others current =
(able
to accept the changes).

I would appreciate any advice on the easiest way to make this happen.
