[mso] Access 2002: Date Filter Formula Calculation Help Needed!

My table has a 'year' field with results that are either null or 2001,
2002, etc. It also has a second field with status, either open or closed.
I am trying to build a filter that says if the project has been closed for
more than 2 years, remove it from the result. I'm having problems with
the 'more than 2 years' part of the filter. How do I say if [year] is
greater than Now() - 2 years, and if [status] is "Closed", return a 'yes'
value, otherwise, 'no'.

Here is my pitiful attempt at the start of the date portion of this filter,
which is only giving me a 'No' on the null values:

DateFilter: IIf([Year]<Now()-730,"Yes","No")

Appreciate any help, thanks, Cathy
