Is any one aware of any program to automate the process of creating
rules in outlook. I am looking for an OUT OF OFFICE REPLY RULE creation
application. I just wanted to check if something exists, before I put my
hands on creating an application that automates that.

I'd sure love to know of one.
The Rule Creation Interface isn't bad for creating a rule or two. But
when you have tens or hundreds, it is clumsy.
