residents – I know you have been very busy.

I need your help encouraging your residents to attend the Spring Fling next
month. (Thank you to MS Delta for your great crowd).
This is a free conference and a great opportunity to network and learn.

Our hotel rooms will be dropped on April 7 so I need to have numbers in to
reserve room for attendees AND I am ordering our shirts next week, so need
sizes, etc.

I will put the link and attendees to date below.

Here are a few reminders:

  *   MAFP will host the residency coordinators for a pow wow on Friday, April
21 at 5:30 pm (time can be later if needed)at the Sheraton.  Please think of
ideas to put on the agenda.
  *   If your residency wants to participate in the residency panel that will
present to the student section, please let me know who your representative will
be.
  *   If your residents need to present a poster, I have room outside the
exhibit hall for them to set up, but do need to know who will participate.
  *   Please encourage your residents to run for the boards of MAFP and
Foundation.  Here is information about that

  *   I am attaching a list of exhibitors for your review.  I you are planning
to attend, please complete the attached form.
