I asked Terri’s permission before presenting this message to all of you. She
really needs our help and prayers. Here’s what she said. Thank God she’s
seeking professional help.
Hello to all of my friends who are on this list. I need prayer please. I lost
a
dear friend who I was very close to me for 11 years. We were seeing one another
for awhile. We talked constantly daily more than once a day every day for the
past
11 years until he passed on January 15 of a sudden heart attack. He was only
49.
Since his passing I haven't been dealing with it well at all. Last night I
started
having feelings and thoughts of wanting to die and not go on any more without
him.
I decided to go to a mental health hospital this afternoon. After an evaluation
they decided that I should have out patient treatment for 8 weeks 3 times a
week.
I'll be seeing a therapist and I'll be having group therapy and will be seeing a
psychiatrist for med adjustment if necessary. I'd appreciate everyone's
thoughts
and prayers please. Thanks.
