Just F Y I, but Sunday is over. I’ve been deleting without reading
the “Happy Sunday” posts. Everyone have a blessed and great
rest of the day. Friday’s coming again like a runaway train.

Yeah, I had trouble when we did our kitchen. My son tiled the floor, but it
took him a couple weeks, so the fridge was in the entry way between the kitchen
and living room; the dining set was in the living room so we could hardly move
around. But, he did a great job on it, but it sure was nice to eat a
home-cooked meal after two weeks of A&W and the occasional restaurant fare.

Hi Steve. No, I came back in January from November and came back in April to
celebrate Bob's birthday. We pulled a surprise on him. I changed my plane
ticket because they are not done with my apartment and I didn't want to come
home to a mess. I did enough work before I left. At first I didn't want to
leave. I had to much to do in each room. They put in new cupboards and
counters in the kitchen and the bathroom. There was to much to move and put
back. Now it's the windows and sliding glass doors, , cleaning the carpet
putting in new floors a new toilet, , a new hot water heater, and working on
the roof. Too much for me. My friend told me they helped themselves to my
coffee last week. She said if they do it again she will let he office know.
Sorry for the long novel. I come back a the end of June. Peg class of 73.

Hi Steve. Gee, we all should get together sometime this summer and have a
cookout. That steak sounds yummy! I'm still here in Florida enjoying the warm
weather. They are still working on my apartment. I hope it will be all done
when I come back home. Peg Class of 73.

Guys,
It was better than it sounded.
I dumped all sorts of spices in with the zuc, mushrooms and onions--some
chili powder, a couple seasoning mixes I bought from Auntie Arwen's with
braille labels on them; some tremeric, some Teriyaki pineapple marinade and
lemon juice; then Shan's steak was marinated in the Pineapple teriyaki while
mine was rubbed with garlic salt and one of the seasonings from Auntie Arwen's
called Sidewinder Slim, which is a meat rub that contains a bunch of different
spices including some mildly warm peppers.

Yup, gonna fire up the grill; got some Porterhouses marinating; going to
get some mushrooms and zucchini out and spice'em up as well, and get those on
the grill too.
Can't wait!
