That's right Steve. I sure enjoyed playing in the orchestra and the violin. I still play by the way at our church and at an assisted living center near our home where my wife is a Chaplain doing Bible studies and visitations.

Well, judging from what you guys are saying. Miss Wilbur became Mrs.
Harris. That must be Olive Harris, right?

hi, connie,

I learnf a lot from miss kreger, but not ma from Miss bloss, i'm sorry to say. i had fun when we were cooking at the practice house though.

Mrs. BRENNER was our seaior teacher. I don't think I ever knew her first name. You're right: we learned a lot from her, and she let us use Braille recipe books and got us a washer and dryer and Braille marked x.

Although I never had a class with Miss Wilbur, I remember her name. I knew her married name too, but I can't think of it right now. It'll come to me in the middle of the night. Right?

Cordially,

Evelyn

I don't know very many stories, because from the fifth grade on I was a
day student.
I took violin under Miss Wilber, who got married to some one later on
name Wilber.
Was only in orchestra two years.
My room mates were Gladice Hankey, Carol Anderson, Thelma Sanfer, Donna
Etter a class mate, and Norma Haney.
The first three were the first year, so Gladys could go help another new girl.
Forgot Sharon Meredith and Joanne Essicks.
The other two the first year were mean to me, .
Under miss Bloss, we had to fix a meal for an out sider.
At the practice house.
On Monday morning, we always made for loves of home made bread.
One cinnamon for Tuesday's breakfast.
In twelth grade We had a Miss Carol who taught us more than any other
home mack teacher we ever had.
I chose backed pork chop's for my dinner meat and got the skillet to
hot while browning them.
She made me struggle for a while.
I never tried frying any thing again, except in an electric skillet.
Don't recall how brown the chop's got, but. After browning them, I
added a can of cream of mushrum soup and chicken and rice soup and
backed them in the oven.
