BCF is using it to get some funds, though not a whole hell of a lot as far as I
know. I personally think it’s ridiculous that those associated with BcF seem to
think Stevie is going to magically give them some money on his own, because I
know Damned well he won’t. He never did when Mom wrote letters on behalf of
BCF, and I’m not totally convinced that J.J. didn’t have something to do with
that. (I know I wouldn’t do anything, if I had been him, since I know how Mom
could be.)
Seriously, BCF is on the outs, though you can’t seem to convince members of the
board about that. I’d much rather not get into all the reasons whybecause in my
opinion, it’s been on the outs, since Mom was forced into retirement sixteen
years ago. I did what I could to help out, since I’m a member of the founding
family. But, I’ve been concerned enough to realize that those who are holding
on to it, are holding on to a dream of Mom’s.
