Apparently all the cool kids these days are putting gifs and funky colours
in their emails but I drafted this email at 5:00 am so I'll pass.

Many of you may probably have been dying to know how do you get a message
out on a social media post or email. No? Well I'm here to tell you anyways.

Instead of PMing and me forgetting to do publish posts I've created a
series of spreadsheets connected to a calendar to help me help you
effectively advertise events. One downside is that it's rather complicated
and requires you to do things properly or else it won't work.I'll also post
it in the MSA Master Drive.

1. There are multiple tabs at the bottom with different advertising
platforms.
2. Please be creative in the way you phrase your description so that it
get's peoples attention.
a) If you choose to include a picture or poster of some sort then
mention it in parenthesis and email it to me.
3. First come first serve. If someone wants to advertise on the same date
as you then you'll have to reschedule.
3.5) That being said I have the ability to overrule this if I see
that a certain event needs more importance and I will let you know if
that's the case
4. If there is an orange tab on the top right hand side of the cell then
you formatted something wrong and it needs fixing.
5. According to our statistics 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm is the best time to post
something for maximum reach so keep that in mind.
6. It's a good idea to start advertising something at least 1 week in
advance so try not to schedule things last minute.
7. If you have to schedule something in less than 24 hours please let me
know individually.
8. if you would like to request an advertisement for a non-MSA event,
please inform me before you schedule it in if it fits the apolitical nature
of the MSA
a) If we disagree on it then the VP/Pres will judge.
