Prior to our financial meeting with Mainstay, and as a spotlight on a specific
issue that exemplifies our issues with the finances, you may be interested in
this little report that I have put together showing a history of the charge for
"landlord's water supply".
I think that we can all make up our own minds as to the serious issues that
