[mpegaudsg] USAC WD5 available at sc29 ftp site

Dear members of the MPEG Audio Subgroup,
I uploaded the document "w11040 (WD5 of USAC).doc" to the sc29 FTP server.
For the time being the zip file can be downloaded from:
ftp://sc29wg11:PASSWORD@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/Incoming/w11040.zip
I have kindly asked Ogura-san to put it at the "appropriate" place (i.e.
to the website and to the wg11-folder on the FTP, where I don't have
write access).
Please make sure to already use the new 91st meeting's password to
access the FTP server. You can obtain this password from your HOD.
