Just ran part of 396 yesterday. A lot of rocks and roots. You can't go fast,
but you will get a workout no matter what, if you can run the hills without
walking. You have to keep a sharp eye on every step of this trail. It's a
scenic trail. If you haven't run this trail, you probably should.
