No worries Dave. I am glad you had a good run and you are feeling strong.
Just wanted to say many many thanks to Cindy, Brooke and Ken for leading
the way to a great 16 mile run this morning at Groom Creek. What a
beautiful run! We got to run by Hassayampa Lake and wound up on Walker
Road. Some of those views are spectacular. My legs are sore but I feel
great about running my longest distance to date.
Thanks again Ken, Brooke and Cindy!

I have done that before and much of the road is really not safe for

be game for anything:)

First off, I need to apologize to Brooke, Cindy and Len, I already told Ken.
I said because of the tendon strain I was only going to do the 10k at Groom
Creek. Well, when I got to the turn around, I decided to go to 4 and turn
around. Well I did, but by the time I finished running I was 13.10 miles
into my run. Down Senator to Gurley St. and right towards home. Good thing
Veronica was driving her truck or it would have been a long way home.
Next to my WONDERFUL physical therapist, Janelle Hicks if your reading
this, love the inserts from Superfeet. You and Nichole can add extra
torture to my next visits, had to do it. sorry, really!
OK now about the long downhill scheduled for 13Th. I know some of you are
going to watch crazy people jump out of a completely good airplane that
day. Have fun and to you guys taking the plunge, be safe.
Like I said earlier, I did 13 buy running out 4 miles from the fire
station. Would anybody be interested in changing the run down Senator
Highway? We could meet at Gurley and ride up in two vehicles, that could do
aid stations. The logistics is easier and it would be cooler with a bunch
of shade on the way down. Just a thought. Let me know.

Run Hard, Run Safe. Injury free?

OK lets try for Sunday the 13th. Start time 7:45 for the Sheriff Posse
folks and 8am for the run from the turn off. Ken and Deb will be in Ca.
Friday home late Saturday and want to do it. Hows this sound?

There are some people who are still wanting to do the run. I do as well
so maybe we can still do it? Thoughts?

I have two other peeps that want to do it and I am happy to drive round to
Skull valley with my truck and start from that end. I can carry as many as
want to pile in...after breakfast!

 Hey Kam,

What is this run? A few of us were talking about doing a skull valley run
where you run from prescott to the restaurant in skull valley -- is this
the same?

Well, it looks like that weekend Nov 12/13 is split on both days with
people going out of town. Suggestions?
