Thanks, Dana, for the update...  Glad to hear so many ran, and so 
well, but sad to hear about the significant injuries some incurred. 
Regardless, great job to everyone who ran (um, survived?).

As for Ken (and anyone else who sustained serious injury), I figured 
it would be brutal, but in the "good" way, not the way Ken 
experienced it.  Hope you're resting and recovering Ken.  Take it 
easy...
