MM'ers,
 
There is talk that there is a conspiracy against Rob to keep him from being 
 able to repeat as champion in several local races.  Skull was pushed back  
to just after Boston. POW-MIA was switched from April 2 to April 16 (Boston 
 weekend) and now people are asking me to move the Prescott FD race to the  
Portland marathon weekend in October where Rob has already entered (ok so 
maybe  it was just voices that I heard in my head). 
 
As of today, I HAVE PROOF OF THE CONSPIRACY THEORY! The  POW-MIA race is 
being moved again from Sat April 16 to Sunday April 17th!! They  are using 
some bogus classic car show at ERAU as the reason but we all  KNOW it because 
they are worried that Rob will change his flight plans,  run the ERAU race on 
Saturday and then fly to Boston later Saturday afternoon,  get his bib on 
Sunday and run on Monday.  Moving the race to Sunday  eliminates Rob's 
chances of getting his Boston bib in time ----  I am just  so sure of all 
this...this is just wrong - who is our congress-person anyway? 
 
SO FOR THE RECORD - and I do not think it will change again, the  ERAU 
POW-MIA 5K race will be held on Sunday morning, April 17.  I will  publish the 
times as soon as I get them.  I also told the race director  (Melissa Beach 
this year) that I would publish the race on a few select race  websites, I 
offered suggestions on where to put out some flyers, I promised to  invite our 
club and the morning club and she promised to ask the facilities  people if 
they could smooth out the course.  
 
WHEW!  That was a mouthful.  I think I got it all.
