These meditations can teach us how to relax. We can be of service to other
people in a small way, at least. And we can be happy while doing it. We
need not worry too much about people we cannot help. We can make it a habit
to leave the outcome of things we do to God. We can go along through life
doing the best we can, but without a feeling of urgency or strain. We can
enjoy all the good things and the beauty of life, but at the same time
depend deeply on God.

I pray that I may give my life to this worthwhile cause. I pray that I may
enjoy the satisfaction that comes from good work well done.

Marilyn asks prayers for a friend whose medical problems have returned.
Maria asks prayers for two intentions.

We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We
pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at
home. We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage
and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who
have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a
good day!
