'Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?' He said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." ~Matthew 22:35-40 .=: M E D I T A T I O N F O R T H E D A Y :=. God has a plan for the world we live in. God's design for the world is a universal fellowship of men and women, guided by God. The plan for our lives is also in the mind of God. In times of quiet meditation we can seek God's guidance, for the revealing of God's plan for our day. Then we can live this day according to God's guidance. Many of us are not making of our lives what God means them to be, and so we are unhappy. We can miss the God's plan for our lives. .=: P R A Y E R F O R T H E D A Y :=. I pray that I may try to follow God's design for today. I pray that I may live my life today consistent with God's plan. .=: S C R I P T U R E S A N D S A I N T O F T H E D A Y := Scriptures: http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/ Saint of the Day: http://www.americancatholic.org/Features/SaintofDay/ .=: W E P R A Y :=. We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at home. We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a good day! .=: A D A I L Y B L E S S I N G :=. http://message.viditalk.com/ver12/showvideo.asp?vid=38058.65105 For a video blessing from Father Pat, just click the link above.
