We can easily allow pride to take over in our lives. We can see ourselves as being almost perfect ... or worth almost nothing. Both are prideful stances. We can be realistic though, and know our human imperfections. We can be ready to admit our shortcomings, promptly repent, turn back to God and use our energy and strength to build up His Kingdom. .=: P R A Y E R F O R T H E D A Y :=. I pray that I may have a realistic view of myself and my life. I pray that I may turn away from my weaknesses and back to God, that I may use my strength to build up the Kingdom of God. .=: W E P R A Y :=. Monique asks prayers for his friend who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Dawn is requesting prayers for a friends' daughter who is desperately looking for professional employment in the medical field, so that her parents won't have to continue to support her. Irene ask prayers for her sister in law's pregnancy that she may past the problem from her daddy. We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at home. We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a good day! May God Bless you and those you love, and keep you safe!
