"It is the spirit that gives life; the flesh is useless. The words that I
have spoken to you are spirit and life." ~John 6:63

Our lives are God's gift. We use our lives to train our souls. This life
we live is not so much for the body as for the spirit. We often choose the
way of life that best suits the body, not the way that best suits the
spirit. God wants us to choose what suits the spirit as well as the body.
When we accept this belief, a wonderful molding of charter is the result.
When we reject it and God's purpose for our life is frustrated, our
spiritual progress is delayed. Our souls are being trained by the good we
choose. Thus the purpose of our lives is being accomplished as we choose
good.

I pray that I may choose what is good for my spirit. I pray that I may
realize God's purpose for my life and choose good.

A member asks prayers for our young neighbor who died unexpectedly on
Wednesday and for his young children and wife. JP asks prayers for friend a
friend, for speedy recovery from back surgery. Mother asks prayers for her
daughter who is struggling internally from a custody dispute. Judy asks for
prayers for her friend who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Helen-Ann asks prayers in financial difficulties.

We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We
pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at
home. We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage
and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who
have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a
good day!
