[moneytalks] speech great but missing menu items

The new voices are extremely much more responsive. However, and I don't =
know if this was the case before, certain items don't read such as the =
rate numbers unless one shift tabs away and tabs back to them. Also, =
the tabs of General and speech don't read when tabbed to after cancel. =
I think the tabs did read with the older voices.
