[moneytalks] Two problems discovered

1. In the bank transactions list, Ctrl+a selects all items, but Ctrl+enter
does not clear all transactions.
2. Repeated presses of the tab key move from the bank grid to the check
register and back repeatedly, but shift+tab does not work. This would be
expected in most standard Windows applications.
