No, doesn't work that way. I mean Windows users. In other words, if you
log in as a different user with a different profile, the paynames will
not be shared. If two people use the same computer/login with different
accounts, everything is shared.

No they aren't. I have two different users in my copy of the program
and they
share the same payee list. I wish they didn't.
