[moneytalks] Inaccurate entry from Qif file

I've noticed recently that when I receive interest from my bank, it does not
import properly into MoneyTalks. My interest payment this month showed up is
.17 in my Qif file. Money Talks treated it as $17.00. Also, how does one exit
the bank register if a transaction is purposely left uncleared? Thanks.
