Fellow Lions and Friends:
I know we are all looking forward to being together again in beautiful Branson,
Missouri next weekend. There will be lots of good food provided by the
Missouri Lions and fellowship, along with some significant business in our
meetings.
Before that, however, we have another opportunity to raise some good money
through the Jonesboro Lions TV Auction. Sixty percent of all money raised will
go to Mid-South, and usually we get about $6,000 from this nifty little "local"
event. This year, as in the past, bidding is available online through

you can register and bid on all our over 125 items (and getting more in daily).
Some are local, but many are national restaurant chains that are available
throughout the four-state area. The auction will be telecast LIVE beginning at
10 am on Saturday Nov 11 and will continue until 3 pm. Items can be picked up
after 3 pm BUT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR A VERY SMALL FEE, USUALLY $10 OR LESS.
YOU CAN HELP RAISE MONEY FOR MID-SOUTH FROM YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER WHEREVER YOU
