What they technically do. Lennart says clearly that dbus is
subject to race conditions when used to start services. 
kdbus in the kernel will provide all dbus services immediately
from boot. Another goal is they will be able to implement
security policies provided via SELinux, kernel modules
developed by the NSA to provide bring DoD mandated mandatory
access control (MAC) to Linux.
