[modeleng] Workshop construction

Going on from the thread about roofs, what opinions has anyone about the
construction of an ideal workshop?
Personally, I have had workshops in timber sheds, brick garages, concrete
garages, and a lean-to garage.
Plus some extra space in a greenhouse!
I have seen workshops in almost every possible location and of every
conceivable method of contruction, and us model engineers still seem to
manage no matter what.
But, what IS the best?
