[modeleng] Traction engine wanted

A pal is looking for a traction engine in 2" or 3" scale.
One needing completing, or refurbishing, would be suitable, as would one in
first class condition.
The sole proviso is that it must have a boiler certificate, or VERY good
grounds for thinking it will get one.
At present, none of the dealers appear to have many in stock.
