Please be careful as to what you regard to be a 'model'. For example  
boilers for steam plants in boats can be quite small and well within  
the bar-litre limits but cannot be tested because a boat is a boat,  
ie 12" to the foot scale. Likewise a boiler to drive a small  
industrial engine is not a model but is considered full size.  
Otherwise as Barrie states.
