Peter, Thanks for this. I understand that caution is always the better part of valor, but in this case, I can't find a remark to the proper procedure. The proper procedure, being, that a gas cylinder needs to be filled up(that means 100% full) with H2O once or twice, before any work is done on it. Even cylinders containing an inert gas should be treated in that way.
