Jesse,
     He could very well be getting it out of Indiana.  I read one reason
the supply dried up for the average guy was that they began wanting to sell
it by the trainload, and the quality began to drop as they went from Pit
#3, to #4, to #5, etc, so the small coal yards had to go to something they
could buy in smaller quantites and which to the typical costomer seemed
just as good.  Early-on the most folks at MSLS burned 50% Pocachontas #3
and 50% petroleum coke.
