Patrollers, It is that time once again to muster the Patrollers and get our
plan crystalized for Noque 2019 Race Support.
Please e mail me back at jimgrundstrom@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with your ability to
help. At the moment we are finishing one more time at the LOG YARD. I
visited with Marquette Township Fire today and they are very pleased to be
included in the support in an active way. That would mean their resources
are going to be on the trail from about the Beaver Dam area east of County
Road 510 down to the log yard for trail aid issues. I will follow up with

What that really means is we have from the two starts in the West End of the
County, through and across the Dead River Basin, and over to 510. AND down
to at least the snowmobile trail crossing if not a bit farther towards the
Noque Trail Head.
Please check your calendars FOR JANUARY 26TH, A SATURDAY, AND FROM 8AM
THROUGH ABOUT 5 PM. We can certainly structure almost any hours that you can
provide this great event.
For those new to the Marquette Mountain Ski Patrol, this race is one of three
races that the Patrol provides the first aid services during the race. We
are paid to accomplish this help and it is very important that we have enough
support to be proud of our efforts.
Thanks so very much in advance,
Jim and the Leadership Team
