the most recent Patroller Magazine. It speaks to a FEMA Class called ISC100.
With a leadership change and a lot of control from the Eastern Division the
National Board has included ISC 100 in our bookshelf as a class that must be

class, however step one in my eyes is to ask, "Who if any on the Marquette
