The amount of people that don't understand that, including the governor of
Georgia, as well as the people that don't understand
that 2% > .1%, therefore making it unlike the flu, is a frank illumination
of the general disappointment of our system of education.
If only we could reliably assess intelligence, or at least retained
knowledge, before we granted citizenship. We truly have the
leadership we deserve.
