Reminds me of the F-20 Tigershark. As capabable as the F16, but cheaper and 
without the issues of the -16, like hydrazine. Cancelled.

Yes that is a good article. I came across it recently myself and had not heard 
of the Arrow.

Sounds a lot like the saga of the TSR 2 in the UK.... Another waste of advanced 
technology of the day.
