I think the Mus. has a policy of using people who have various forms of
disability, hence Murrays phrase about inclusivity, although in customer
focused areas probably not the most suitable place. They are struggling to
find room guides, and especially those they term “education guides”, on public
open days. several have failed to return post Covid closure.

Yes, having met Daniel it would appear that he has some problems. Perhaps this
casts doubt on the decision that allowed the situation to arise?
I’m not sure about the Tuesday visitors creating stress amongst volunteers as
