[missbird] Possible nesting Neotropic Cormorants - Yazoo Co

Missbirders,

At the large rookery near the north end of Panther Swamp NWR yesterday (visible 
from Lake George road on the east levee) we observed two possible Neotropic 
Cormorant nests. NECOs were sitting on the nests but it was not clear whether 
eggs were present.
