Please forgive a second email today - if anyone understands, you will.  A few
minutes ago, I just saw my very first Prothonatory Warbler!!!! What an
experience! It wasn't even in the distance or partially obscured by tree
branches.  This amazing egg-yolk-yellow bird just flew to the open back door
and perched for a few seconds on the doorknob. Wow!! Just, wow! Next it went to
the porch, where I did manage to get one out-of-focus shot of it. Some moments
are just meant to be enjoyed.

Still smiling, and a lesson-learned: Don't practice any new camera settings
(like back-button focusing) during bird migration!

Best,
Janet Schove
