First things first: is there a specific reason you want to compile yourself instead of using the pre-compiled binaries from SourceForge?
Now, on to your problem. You did not tell how you launched the configuration, that would have been very helpful. Until you do that, I can only do some guessing. However, I am a bit puzzled by the lines you pasted: the BOOST_CPPFLAGS and BOOST_LDFLAGS should point to the same BOOST installation, but they do not?!
One points at "/include/boost-0", the other at "/share/backup/qiuchzh/MIRA/boost_1_49_0/" and that is strange.
