I'd like to see the data first ... I already fell into the PacBio trap ("85%
accuracy?! you got to be kidding") and lost quite some time which could have
been used more effectively elsewhere. But if Nanopore can deliver >= 97%
accuracy as they currently are saying, it's done deal. My only problem would
then be how to incorporate long reads >= 20kb most effectively into MIRA.
