[mira_talk] Third party scripts for MIRA

No new MIRA version this time, but there's a new package available for
download. It contains
- a script that converts output of lucy into XML
- a scripts that convert 454 paired-end reads into a format MIRA can use
(based on cross_match)
- a scripts that convert 454 paired-end reads into a format MIRA can use
(based on BLAST)
