[mira_talk] Regression testing

Dear Mira Colleagues,
I am building Mira 3.2.1 on a different platform than I normally
use, and I have written a couple of short regression tests to confirm
that Mira is working properly.
However, I'm running into an amusing problem -- the change in
platform causes the assembled sequence to be generated in reverse
complement as compared to the original platform. Is there any way to
cause Mira to apply some specific (and arbitrary rule) so that the
choice of strand is consistent across platforms?
