[mira_talk] Randomly extracting fastq with convert_project

My iontorrent mean read length is 193bp. Is it possible to extract only
reads >190bp with convert_project or any other utilities in the MIRA
package which i could have missed??? Is this will going to make it better
the denovo assembly process??
