[mira_talk] Naming of result Contigs

Hello everyone,
over night my assembly finished and it looks amazing, so thanks for great
support!
i got a slight look into the contigstats.txt and found that most of the
resulting contigs where named like this:
CBS_c1
so this is what i expected: job name with an suffix.
But there are even some Contigs named as this: CBS_rep_c407.
So does this mean, that this contig may have had assembled with repeats?
